dance classes?
I need to do something fun and active. I'm thinking dance class but nothing too intense, since I'm not really a dancer. I want to sweat though!! Where should I look for classes? I live in West Babylon

I've been taking a Zumba class and love it. Its got some Salsa, Meringue & belly dancing moves along with regular aerobic exercises using weights. I believe there are hip-hop geared Zumba classes too. My friend & I sweat like crazy & get a really great all over workout from it !!!
