Patio Pricing - please weigh in...

DH was just quoted $7,000 for a 15x30 patio (so 450 sq ft) with a seating wall around the edge and two pillar things on the edges.

Do you think that is reasonable?

I know the type of paver matters, and I'm not sure what stone he ended up picking... Just wanted to post here and see if that sounded like an okay price.

Thanks!!!!!!!

Re: Patio Pricing - please weigh in...

My family owns a masonry company and that sounds reasonable. I know they charge $10.00 per foot for standard pavers. It is set on solid concrete. They also give a 10 year warranty against settlment. Those are some things you can look into. The seating wall shouldn't be that expensive because they are probably using bull-nosed of full-nosed pavers. If you tell me the materials, i will be able to tell you an exact price so you know if you are getting a good deal or not. FM me

That seems right, I paid around $10 a sq foot.
