Anywhere in the Caribbean. Mexico. South America (It's summer down there). Miami is still pretty warm in the winter compared to here of course. More exotic? South and East Asia? Australia?

Just checked weather.com. Average temps are in the high 70's.

I would do the Caribbean. I went to Miami one time over New Years and we were in winter coats at night and long sleeves during the day!

We went to the Bahamas in late Jan/early Feb and it was very warm. The pool wasn't heated and that was a little cool as was the ocean when we went snorkeling, but the temps were definitely in the mid 80s.
