very busy - Its a huge house though - lots of space to put things. It could be really nice with less though.
I like the large Kitchen, and room where the fireplace is....

That house has a lot of potential.... But it is in need of some remodeling. It wouldnt even take that much to get it in good shape for someone that is handy. That house needs to go on TLC Sell This House!

Taxes are a little on the high side for that area. The town really got them with the reassessment on the dormer.

You are absolutely right. You have to be able to look at the location of the house, property, layout and structure. It's a diamond in not so much rough IMO.
My house was a diamond with a heck of a lot more rough we had to chip away at.

do you ever watch the show- sell this house?
my Dad's house is on the market- and we removed alot of personal stuff and knick- knacks
you want people to walk in and be able to imagine their stuff there- I wouldn't be able to do that with this house
