It's On !!!!!!!!!!

Thats it I am sooo tired of how I look and feel. I have gained 50 lbs with in the last 3 years without even having kids and I am making a change!!

I will go for walks 3 times a week and start eating healthier!

Damn that felt good!

I need your support ladies!! Any other tips would be great!!

Congrats on CHOOSING to make a change! I had also gained a lot of weight over the years and I can not blame it on my sone. I only gained 4 lbs while pregnant. Then when I went back to work I gained more weight. At one point I weighed more than I did the day I gave birth!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

So on my bday I vowed to make a change. I started walking/jogging by doing the couch to 5k program and joined WW.

I have since lost 16 lbs and now I can run for 30 minutes straight. My goal to lose all this weight by my next birthday and I am sure that if I stick to my plan I WILL acheive this goal.

I suggest making little changes as you go along. Trying to alter everything at once is what really fizzles people out. Like for the first couple of weeks for example, try to bump up your water & veggie intake. Then a few weeks later make a commitment to eating smaller, more frequent meals....etc.

You can do it!!!!

Wow 16 lbs thats awesome!! I have done WW in the past and it did work, but ofcourse I lost motivation and it flopped...I may start to consider it again, maybe do the online program...

Thank you both for the advice, I will take small steps and take your adivce on more water and veggie intake!

That's great!!!! I totally agree with baby steps. Take it one meal, one day at a time. Good luck, you can do it!
