What can I send a friend?
A very close couple of ours is starting an egg donor process in January after 3 failed IVFs. I really wanted to send them something in January just to let her know that we are thinking of them and rooting/praying for this to give them their dream.
Any ideas?

Re: What can I send a friend?
my girlfriends and I have thoroughly enjoyed our back and forth emails since college. One of them picked up the phone tonight after I updated them about ER and just wished me well. I didn't "need" the call, or expect it. But it totally put a huge smile on my face.
Something simple like that can make the biggest difference.

You could send her one of those pocket tokens or some other small symbol of fertility...I wouldn't do anything big.

Re: What can I send a friend?
That's such a nice idea. I think a card would be enough. Something wishing good luck or, if she is religious, a healing card might be appreciated. I think that would go a long way to let her know you are thinking of her.

How thoughtful of you! Honestly, I think a card would be a great idea. It would be nice to see that a friend is thinking about them.
Try not to send any kind of "fertility cure." Friends have sent me magic potions, magic booties, etc....all of which are supposed to instantly cure my "problem."
A simple card to let her know you're thinking about her would probably be much appreciated!

Re: What can I send a friend?
I was not going to do any potions or religious items but something to wish her well. Maybe a GC out to dinner with her husband? They have been saving like crazy for this.

Don't know what type of personality your friend has, but a while back someone had posted this "fertility socks "web-site and I thought it was the cutest thing....Just looked up the sight, maybe sending it to her would lift her spirits?? Just so she knows you are thinking of her....

Re: What can I send a friend?
I think it is very generous of you to send a g/c but I think a smaller gesture would be more appropriate for the situation. A card of some small token she can hold onto seems like a lovely idea

Re: What can I send a friend?
My SIL got me a fertility charm/necklace after my first failed IVF. The gemstones (moonstone & quartz I think) are supposed to nurture the embryos and i've worn it every day since my FET transfer. It was something small but it meant a lot, and she SWEARS it's why I got my BFP this time.
