All-inclusive
Can anyone recommend an all inclusive resort in Mexico (any part), Jamaica or the DR?

Re: All-inclusive
Excellence in Playa Mujeres.
We went here for our anniversary and it was AWESOME and the price was right.
We got a "standard room" that was a suite, all their rooms are so I wouldnt even bother with an upgrade (unless of course money is no object then go nuts )
Something I loved was the fact that there were a bunch of restaurants and NONE required reservations, like at Sandals and other resorts.
The place was new and SO CLEAN.
The food was awesome. I would go back in a heartbeat.
I have been to Sandals and RIU Jamaica and this place was head and shoulders better.

I'm leaving to go here on Saturday and can't wait! We got a roof-top terrace room, which has a roof-top with a private pool. My TA hooked us up with an unbelievable deal! I'll post a review when I get back.

Re: All-inclusive
In July we stayed at the Catalonia Royal Tulum. If you go to trip advisor you can read all of the excellent reviews.
It is located about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the air port in the Riviera Maya section. It was a really nice, super clean resort. Only adults and all inclusive. For 7 days, Danielle and I spent $1500 with air - cheap

Royal Hideaway in Playa Del Carmen. It was ALMOST as fabulous as my honeymoon in French Polynesia.

Re: All-inclusive
We stayed at the Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun in March and it was great. I would stay there again or at any Riu hotel.
We also went to Couples Resort in Negril Jamaica and it was also beautiful. A different trip in that it was all adults, so it has a different feel to it. Depends on what you're looking for.

Re: All-inclusive
I second Excellence Playa Murejes. It was an amazing resort and we cant wait to go back. We stayed in a rooftop suite, it had its own private plunge pool and chairs on the roof. We didn't use it that much but it was definetly cool.
I have also been to Grand Paladium Resort and Spa in Montego Bay which was wonderful. Great food, beautiful grounds, the main pool is huge and there is an adults only pool. Their spa was great as well.

We went to Excellence Punta Cana, Dr for new years and loved it! We are actually thinking about going back again this year and they are having some amazing offers/discounts.
