I go to the one in Stony Brook.
I paid a $15 registration fee and $10 every month.
It depends on what sales are going on...my only advice is to go to the actual gym and NOT sign up on line. In the gym they're more willing to work with you as far as pricing.

I forget what registration was, but I pay $16.25/month. I have the "gold" membership which means I can go to any Lucille Roberts facility.

I have to gold and mainly workout in bohemia but stony brook has a lot more cardio machines. They are having a $10/month no contract sale now. I don't remember the registration fee but it wasn't bad. The gym is actually quite affordable.
