Frozen Ipods
Lately my IPOD has been freezing all the time and it happened again today. Anyone know how to fix this without losing my nike plus info (run for today) on it!

what do you mean by freezing?
I reboot my ipod before every run (I still have problems - but that's a different issue), I read that that helps "lost" runs
my nike+ freezes all the time now (I had to restart it 5 or 6 times during my last 20 miler) - it stops logging miles, but the time keeps going...but that is b/c during the really hot and humid weeks, I stuck it down my bra and the place the receiver goes got a bit corroded...as long as I don't move the headphones jack, I'm OK, but that's sometimes hard to do.

Yeah my nike plus freezes so I think I am going to start rebooting my ipod before each run too. Wow 20 miles that is amazing! Congrats to you!
