Anyone want to be my neighbor???
The house next to us just went up for sale. Nice quiet neighborhood, we just moved in. I don't know the neighbors, but the house looks like it needs some work inside. Outside is nice and they have a REALLY nice fence!
Listed at 349.9K in North Babylon (south of belmont lake, near Phelps Lane area)
Just wanted to list it here since it's a low price in a nice area! I know tons of people are looking for affordable places.

Very cool old stove!
A co-worker of mine has one and says it cooks better than any newer stove she's ever used (She's a Martha Stewart protege). People pay big bucks for stoves like that. My friend is actually taking her's with her when she sells.
I LOVE the pics of the presidents in the living room. Can you tell I'm a history teacher?
