we're having spiced mini burgers (no buns) with couscous (seasoned and mixed with scallions, cucumber, and tomato)

Cajun shrimp, spinach, whole wheat pasta, Alfredo sauce….maybe some zucchini or artichoke hearts if I feel like it…

I planned Chicken Fajitas.. but forgot to buy peppers!
So I made rotini with chick peas and meatballs, garlic bread and a big salad with baby greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons.
