Those with gas stoves
How do you clean them? I have been using a degreaser on the ceramic part, but I'm not thrilled with how it's coming out. Is it safe to use the Ajax powder?
Also, we have iron grates that sit over the burners. How the heck do you clean those??
Thanks!!!!

Re: Those with gas stoves
I clean the grates in hot soapy water and use the rough side of the sponge. As far as the ceramic I found that the Clorox Orange Wipes work fantastic as a degreaser and you don't have to scrub, it just wipes right off! I now use it also on my BBQ grill.

Re: Those with gas stoves
I use fantastic on the stove top. For the grilles I soak them in soapy water then hit it with a brush. Before that I used to scrub with a sponge but it's hard to get around all the curves. A brush is much easier but it makes a mess.
