Well, I got creative with my swiffer
I hate dragging out the mop and don't like wasting those swiffer clothes, soooo, I purchased some cheap dish clothes, put them on the swiffer mop, took a spray bottle with hot water and vinegar and sprayed and scrubbed. My kitchen floor looks great. The towel had a scrubbing action, the vinegar and hot water made it shiny and now, I just will wash the towel when I wash towels.
Thought I'd pass it on for some eco/frugal poster.

I do the same thing (our cleaning lady does this), except I was using floor cleaner. Will try the water and vinegar today. Thanks for the tip!

That's funny b/c that's what DH has been doing too--well we got this "sweeper" that the pads velcro to it & you throw them in the wash.

great idea!
what's the water/ vinegar ratio?
tried it and it looked really wet & beaded, and smelled like a salad
