I have to brag a little
Today i went into a 7 11 for my ususal a 16 oz cup of coffee before work, The lady behind the counter asked me if i lost weight and i said yes!! She said she can see the difference in me and she also said my stomach looked flat, Its not flat yet but the shirt i wear probably makes it look like it! It feels so good when people notice's that you are losing weight, It makes me want to keep on losing!!!! I just wanted to share... Thanks.
