Wolfgang Pucks restaurant in the MGM is awesome. We went twice for lunch, it was pretty reasonably priced too and delicious. We also enjoyed our meal at Enoteca (Pallazo) and looooved the meal at Society in the Wynn Encore - it was surprisingly reasonable too (for Vegas prices) and probly my favorite meal!

cirque du soleil show - love - was good. it was about beatles music.
terry fator at mirage was a really good if you like a ventriloquist.

Cirque - I would definitely check out Mystere or Zumanity.
Dinner-
Cavo at the Palazzo hotel. Food & ambiance is great. Try to get a seat outdoors. You will be right on the strip & across the street from the pirate show at TI.

Yes, but stay away from the club. It was a circus when I went, but then again, I feel like an old fart & probably cant even hang with the Vegas club-going scene anymore.

Great asian fusion
if you like italian - you can try their sister restaurant Lavo in the Palazzo.
if you don't mind spending $$$$ -- check out Delmonico's at the Venetian -- seriously the best meal I've ever had in my life...amazing steakhouse.

Mystere at Treasure Island for a Cirque show
and we had dinner at Social House there before the show and it was Asain Fusion and it was delish
We also ate at Nine at the Palms and that was a yummy steakhouse.. it's a little pricey but it was good.

You must go see Cirque Show-Beatles "Love". It was amazing!!!
All of the food in Vegas is delish! We loved Strip Steak in Mandalay Bay.

I loved the spa at the the Paris hotel 
Also Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris hotel was a nice steak house and not crazy $$
