Interview- What to wear?

I have an interview tomorrow at Eddie Bauer. They are super casual so I'm kind of thrown off about what to wear.

It seems like their dress code is pretty much anything.. khakis/jeans whatever.. but from what I've seen not tank tops.

Now.. I feel like what I would normally wear for an interview would kind of almost be too fancy for here. I would usually wear black pinstripe pants and some sort of pretty blouse.

So.. what should I wear..?

Don't own khakis or anything of that sort.

Don't own any skirts except for denim short ones.

I was thinking dark jeans with black wedge heels and a nice blouse..

But is it bad to wear jeans? I would still be dressed fancier than most the ppl that work there.

My mom sudgested a dress but I feel like naked legs is not so good, and leggings are not "Eddie Bauer" style AT ALL.

It's better to over dress imo then take a chance wearing jeans

I would wear the dress pants or a dress- I have gone on many interviews with bare legs...I am so tan in the summer- no one could ever tell

I work in the apparel industry, although I'm in the corporate side, in fact one of our brands is just like Eddie Bauer. Do not wear leggings! I saw a candidate in our HR office yesterday wearing a strappy sun dress and leggings and it was definitely not appropriate attire for an interview.

Wear a dress (like a wrap) or dress pants with a fitted shirt - bare legs are fine. An interview is a formal meeting and I would not recommend khakis or jeans at all. You will get an opportunity to wear those if you get the job.
