Mortgage for Co-op
Any suggestions on where ot look? I was thinking of checking out some rates online first. This is all very new to me! Is it better to go to a bank in person or look online?

i just did a refi with wells fargo with my co-op and got 6%

we went throught a friend who works for Fleet Bank (now Bank of America)... Almost any banks will offer mortgages for Co-ops... Our Credit Union did not (most CU's will only do homes, not co-ops)..
