Is anyone on the Cinch plan?
I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I have lost almost 10 pounds! I plan on losing 20 more and then I will be at my goal weight! Love this stuff!

I have two shakes one for BF and one for Lunh with a snack bar in between the two. I also take the supplement which is all natural. See the link for more info! I love the Strawberry Cinch flavor.
All of the flavors are good but I love the Strawberry! It's packed with protein and leucine so you feel full. Your body gets 100% and more of all the nutrients it needs on this plan.

I have a question though, how does this work long term? this seems similar to slim fast and i would think that once you stop the shakes & start eating regular food you will gain the weight back. You can't drink shakes for the rest of your life...

It is nothing like slimfast.
Slimfast has lots of sugar in it as well as carbs and other crappy stuff. Once you get to your goal weight, from my understanding you cut out one shake a day replace it with healthy food and then eventually you are off the shakes but you can still use the snack bars and the healthy food suggestions once you are off the shakes. That is how you keep the weight off and remain healthy.
