WW-Premium vs. Regular Ice Cream??
What is considered premium?
Etools has
regular 1/2 cup- 4pts
premium 1/2 cup- 7 pts
That's a big difference. I know if I'm at home I obviously can check the points but what if I'm out for ice cream.

I think Premium would be like Haggen Daz. I checked the points for Haggen Daz plain vanilla and it was 6 points for a half cup.

If anyone is willing to ask around at their meetings, maybe their leaders and I will do. I want to see what the consensus is for this when you don't have the ice cream's nutritional information available.
