It may not sound like much...
But I ran my first full mile nonstop. My time was 12:10:82, which is slow...but I couldn't even run a mile when I started. So this is definitely a milestone for me. And it was was a nice incremental workout before doing the 20 minute run in the couch to 5k program, since that is my next run.

That is awesome! I was just able to do my first full lap around the track and I was so proud. A mile is a great accomplishment!
