It depends on the size of the area you want treated too. IE - just upper lip would be a lot less than your whole face. It's supposed to work the best if the hair is dark and thick, so if it's fine or light hair you want removed, it may not be worth it. And they don't do eyebrows either, if that makes a difference (lasers too close to eyes = bad).
I've been getting laser hair removal on my underarms for over a year now. 8 sessions so far, and there's less of it, and it does seem to grow back slower, but it's nowhere near all gone. I don't know that it ever will be. If you want permanent, fast results, you might be better off looking for electrolysis.
