My coworker's words of motivation

We go to the same gym and I'm one of those people that on some days just feel like I'm dragging and cannot, cannot go to the gym.

Well, what he said to me is that going to the gym is the one thing you look back on and never, ever, regret doing.

Have you ever finished a workout and said "oh, I wasted my time"? or felt like you should have done something else? Never.

I thought that was great motivation and it has kept me on track this week so I thought I would share it!

LOVE IT! I feel the same way about getting up @ 6am to run! I never want to get up but I NEVER regret it! I regret it when I don't get up!

So true!! the best part about going to the gym is leaving. I love how good i feel after.

Very true! Another thing I tell myself if I am not in the mood to go is just go for 30 minutes, you can swing 30 minutes. Then when I get there I always stay longer. Sometimes the hard part is just getting through the door.
