nikeplus and ipod problem
ok well today I ran 4miles and when I went to download my run it shows under itunes (the tab that says nike plus) however it's not going to nike plus site  and to top it off it's no longer showing in my ipod under history  has this happened to anyone? being it's showing on itunes is there a way to get it to nike plus oh and my ipod also froze while connected to the computer it says "synchronizing" but it's not doing anything completely froze.
if anyone has any tips on how to poss. fix this I would appreciate it

it's happened to me - I would reboot your ipod (I do it almost every run now) you don't "lose" your workout - but they show up with weird dates. Mine show up in Novemeber 08 (I didn't get nike+ until jan 09?)

hold the menu and the center button until you see a grey apple pop up on the screen
