drugstore zit zapper
I need to buy a pimple cream or something from the drugstore. I have been sick for the past few weeks and I have some breakouts on my chin. What is good to use?

I have used the Neutogena spot treatment and it has always worked well for me but lately I have become sensitive to products with benzoyl peroxide!  It IS effective at getting rid of pimples though! 
(benzoyl peroxide makes me VERY dry, red, and itchy) ..... With any spot treatment you use, just use a very little bit at first since it's a very drying ingredient, especially if you aren't used to it!
