Real Estate Attorney for Co-op
So we were way undercharged when we bought the co-op b/c DH's cousin was our atty. She is now 9+ months pregnant and clearly can't assist with the sale of the co-op. Can any co-op owners share what their RE atty cost (and maybe refer some names?). I know co-op closings are more paperwork than house closings so I just want to get an idea of costs.
Thanks!!
