My cousin offered to be surrogate for me.
I am completely overwhelmed by her generousity and love, I can't even believe it. We've never even discussed surrogate before, she just thought of it on her own and offered to do it. It is the most unselfish thing anyone has ever done for me.
Even thinking about it now is making me cry. She is so wonderful.

If you are considering it, please be aware of the laws of the state you live in.
No one wants to consider the legal ramifications in something so emotional and wonderful, I just wanted you to be aware.

I agree about confirming your and her state laws..it is a beautiful gift but I do think you need to work thru the full emotional profile with her and a doctor. HUGS...even if it didn't work out the fact that she brought it up is amazing. You must be very loved.

She's a lawyer, she knows what's involved.
It doesn't matter, we're not doing it, it was just the thought and the offer that was totally overwhelming to me.
