Found Golden Retriever...UPDATED
Hi Ladies,
Im posting this on here and craigslist. My husband found a female golden retriever last night in Bay Shore on Fifth Avenue. The dog didnt have any tags or coller. It was about 8:30pm and he didnt want to leave her so he brought her home. That didnt work out because we have a 5 month old puppy and he wanted nothing to do with another dog in the house. I felt horrible.
Anyway, my husband brought her to a 24hr Animal hospital on Sunrise Highway in West Islip.
I took a picture of her. If you know anyone that is missing her please let them know where we brought her.

Hi ladies!!!!
I just called the 24 hr Vet where my husband brought the Golden last night. The dog WAS chipped and I'm happy to say that she's back home with her family!!!
I was so happy when they told me that.

What a sweetie! Thank you to your husband for stopping to save her. I don't know who she belongs to but I hope that she is reunited with her owners soon.

she is so adorable. It looks like she probably has a home, she looks fairly groomed. Keep us updated. If you don't find her a home I might know someone interested in adopting her.
