What do you like on your steak?
Before cooking I just put salt & pepper, sometimes a pat of butter . After I like to dip in horseradish sauce, and have to have sauteed onions!

Salt and pepper. If I am at a steakhouse, I like sauteed mushrooms.

If it's marinated.. nothing.
If it's a good cut of steak with no marinade.. usually just a pat of butter and a little pepper and a drop of salt.
I also - sometimes - like a nice red wine reduction.

A mushroom sauce or a red wine sauce or a horseradish sauce or a cafe Paris sauce. Sometimes I eat it plain with salt and pepper, but I really like a nice sauce.

Depends on the meal and my mood. I love blue cheese but only sometimes and if it's more of a celebration meal. Normally just a-1, but I do love steak baked with marinara, green peppers and garlic. It's so yummy and I only get it from Tommy V's where I live. It's grilled and then baked with the above
