Cooking baked ziti for a party?????
I am cooking for a party, and will be doing the cooking Sat night, for a Sunday party.
When I make the baked ziti, I know I boil the ziti's (al dente), then add everything, mix it all together, and put it in the silver tin thingy.
Do I cook it in the oven before popping it in the fridge, and just reheat the next day?
Or do I just refridgerate it, and cook it the next day??

just put it in the broiler foil and put it in the fridge...you're really only cooking it to get everything melty and gooey

Once you prepare it ALL in the Big aluminum tin.........cover it w/ foil and put it in the fridge.
Bake it the next day when your guests come over.

Looks like you are getting different advice, but I'd say to bake it the day of. That's what I did for a dinner party. I think ziti is a great easy thing to cook in advance but still have it cook fresh that day of!
