Follie Check- does this sound right?

I went this morning for my second follie check. Sunday was my first check. I had 3 going.

Left side 10mm and 10mm
Right side 11.5mm

I go in this morning and a different tech does the sono-

Left side 13.5mm
Right side 18mm

First, where did the other left side follie go? Could it have collapsed? Also, I thought the follies grow 1-2mm/day. How is the right side up to 18 already? The tech was very professional with a lab coat that said Dr. something, but he kinda came off a bit doofy. He couldn't find my left ovary for a few minutes, um ouch! I have to go back for another check tomorrow, just wondering what you think? Thanks!
