Re: I am so proud of myself
The first thing I do is I check the newspaper on Sunday, check what is on sale and than created my menu for the next 2 week. The supermarket had alot of 2x1 products so usually I buy stuff for 2 weeks but the products that are 2x1 I bought supplies for 1 month. I also use coupons. Bought the meat that was on sale (ground beef pound was almost $1 off ) I bought a big pack of chicken (1 big pack = 3 meals, 2 small pack =2 meals. Both same price). I had a coupon of $5 off any purchase of $30 or more.

Awesome. I love when that happens. I also go to the websites for the milk, detergent, yogurt & other products that I buy & print coupons from the sites.
eta: My biggest savings was around $50.00
