Closing tomorrow
Finally.
as you all know i have been selling for what seems like forever. then dropping one realtor, taking on a new one and VOILA!
i have been in contract since beginning of May.
tonight is our last night here. then... moving in with my folks to save some dinero to buy something else, closer to our jobs.
we are relieved about selling, but still sad. we brought our DC home from the hospital there, we invested my MILs inheritance there. donated a lot of blood, sweat and tears to that house.
hopefully i will get to post on this HOME board soon and not the RELATIONSHIP board!
we just got new neighbors too, and they are AWESOME! my buyers and the new neighbors, we think, will get along wonderfully! two young couples starting out in their first homes.

That is great Rachel! Lots of luck to you. I'm sure it must be hard to sell this house. But there will always be memories in any home you are in. Enjoy each of those memories as well. Lots of luck and hope to see you around the Home board again soon.
