We have one coming over this morning for an estimate and we have a list of things that need to be done. A little electric, a little plumbing, etc.

So far, the only questions I could come up with were - Are you licensed & insured for all types of work requested? What is your guarantee for work performed? Will we get the quote and guarantee in writing? Is quote based on an hourly rate? What is the hourly rate?

If there's any tips or advice you could give me about working with a handyman, please let me know. We've never done this before. Chat Icon

Thanks!
