I LOVE baby bok choy! I usually either slice it thin and saute in a little bit of sesame oil, or braise it in some veggie broth.

yes to the braising.
you could also steam it for a few minutes and then sautee with fresh garlic and soy sauce.
I have also roasted it with other veggies in a teryaki type of concotion with salmon.
i love it.

I love it in the oven - roasted/ braised soo delish! I split them lengthwise and marinate them in an asian sauce and stick in a roasting pan. Lots of fresh ginger.

OK I steamed it, then sauteed in fresh garlic & soy. It was DELISH!! Thank You. But...I know this may seem like a stupid question...but do you also cook the white stem part?? I had only took the leaves off.
