Good news finally!
We are "officially" in contract. Not partially or waiting for just one signature - we have signed contracts! WHOO HOOOO they dropped the whole I pay their transfer tax/closing cost b/s.
SO we move onto our next step and the bank contacted us and we are going to look at rates on Monday to see when to lock in.
Now i just have to get the rest of the paper work to LIHP/Town of Babylon so we can get our funds drawn up for closing (we are thinking it may still happen in September just not at the beginning of the month.)
