Commission Split?
Is there a way to find out what the commission split is on a home?
For example, if a home is listed on MLSLI, and the non-listing realtor from another firm brings in a buyer, is there a way to find out how much commission they will get?
ETA: Can a realtor put a house on MLSLI and only offer 1% commission to other brokers (assuming he is only getting 4% commission from the seller)?
TIA

Re: Commission Split?
theres no way for you to tell, it'll only appear on the realtors version of mls. and as far as the split, the listing agent can split it any way they want to as long as the seller agrees and signs off on it.
