Medicated or unmedicated?
My medicated (injectables) were $2700 without meds. That includes all of the monitoring via ultrasound and bloodwork, office visits, the actual IUI, sperm-washing, etc.

I think my dr's office charges $500 for the cycle, w/out meds.
