Re: Which do you think is most Accurate?????
nike + is really just a fancy pedometer (bringing physics into the equation), but classic pedometers are so hard to set up and don't take into account a faster pace with longer strides, etc.
treadmills, if calibrated, can be accurate, but I think most are not callibrated often.
the nike+ is always pretty accurate for me when I do races...sometimes off .01-.04 a mile...but it depends on how you run the course (taking inside turns, etc) - this is also the reason you can't rely too much on mapmyrun etal. the lines are hard to draw how you would run. KWIM? I actually compared the Nike+ to my Garmin 405 and it was right on target.
try going to a track - you might be a bit more comfortable with the nike+ reading.

Re: Which do you think is most Accurate?????
just to give some examples - my last few races (5K=3.1M; 10K=6.2M)
5K - 3.12M (but I forgot to shut it off at the finish - so it may have been closer to the 3.1 or 3.11
5K - 3.11M (it was a really hot one - so I ran out of the way a few times to find shade
4K - I think is 2.48M? nike+ came in at 2.45M
5K - 3.11M
5M - 5.14M - this one I remember running on the outside
10K - 6.36M - this was the NYC and I did a lot of outside on the streets when it was so crowded in the beginning.
