OHSS symptoms before ER

Can anyone tell me what their symptoms were before ER for OHSS? I'm extremely bloated, cramping and a lot of lower back pain right now. I think I kind of overdid it yesterday working out in the yard. My ER looks like it will now be on Monday or Tuesday. My RE is a little concerned about OHSS, told me to stick to a very low sodium diet, which now has me concerned. Any suggestions?

You will not have any symptoms of OHSS before the retrieval...only after.
What happens is - the empty follicles start to fill with fluid and that is what causes the OHSS. The key is to take it easy AFTER retrieval, stay off your feet as much as possible and drink lots of fluid. My Dr. recommended a 50/50 Gatorade/Water mixture.
Watch for weight gain after retrieval and/or nauseau....both can be indicators of OHSS. If you have either - call you Dr. immediately.
