today i ran my fastest mile at 7:28 however on nike plus it has my last fastest time at 7:45, does anyone know why it didn't change?

Thanks! My friend looked it up for me and the reason is: the time on nike plus is your best mile in the beginning (your 1st mile) and the best mile on your ipod is just your best mile during that run.
