WW Help
How do you generally distribute your points though out the day?
I have been tracking for about a week now & I tend to have alot of points left in the evening. Is this bad?
For example: I get 29 pts per day
I had 4 pts for breakfast - Instant Oatmeal & 1 cup of grapes
4pts for lunch - Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli
3 pts for snack through out the day - WW Cookies & Cream Mini Bar 1 pt A nectarine 1 pt 1/2 serving of mini pretzels 1pt
That's 11 pts so I still have 18 pts left for evening.
Is this bad? Should I be eating more pts during the day? I am drinking more water now too.
Please help!

I would add some more points to your breakfast and lunch. Maybe some protein to breakfast and fruits and veggies to lunch. I have 24 points and usually distribute them like this: Breakfast- 4-6 pts Lunch 6-8 pts Dinner- 8-10 pts Snacks- 2-4 pts during the day or for dessert. Are you eating all your points? Are you satisfied during the day?

Yea I am pretty satisfied during the day but I could be more satisfied.
I guess the problem is finding stuff that I can keep at my desk. I also need help with find more EASY things to have for breakfast & lunch.
Any Suggestions?

This is approximately what I do too.
Some easy breakfasts:
Luna Bars or Clif Bars (usually about 4 pts)
Quaker instant Oatmeal cups (4 pts for the Cinnamon Apple one)
For lunch I do either a WW meal - 6-8 points, unless I know I am having a high point dinner. Or I will have a turkey sandwich with soup, etc.
I try to leave 10 pts for dinner and have a 2 pt snack in the afternoon.

Thanks.
I think my problem is not plannign ahead, so while I am at work, i don't have many options so I don't end up eating too much. But then when I get home I want to eat alot.....
I think I just need to start planning my meals ahead of time....

so true but for me, Im always STARVING at nite and want to eat more.

Breakfast ideas: lowfat yogurt with cereal I make hardboiled eggs and put the whites on a 1 pt english muffin with a cheese slice ww smoothie made with skim milk english muffin with peanut butter instant oatmeal made with milk
I try to have a protein or milk with breakfast because it satisfies me longer
Lunch ideas: Boars head turkey sandwich salad with grilled chicken, eggs or turkey Turkey chili Veggie burgers on Arnolds sandwich thin ( I love the spicy black bean burgers by morning star)
I saw your other post about being starving when you get home, if you eat more during the day you should be less hungry when you get home. I know that is the worst time of the day for me. Sometimes I'll have a snack like a Fiber one bar, string cheese or some fruit on my way home from work so I'm not famished when I get home.
