We're homeowners!
I've been a long time reader of the chat since a friend of mine told me about it. I haven't written much because we didn't own a home!
Finally on Monday we closed!! The house needs a TON of work and we're living with my grandfather while we do the major stuff.
We're very excited and all of the posts really are helpful in so many ways!!
I should be on here more often now. :)
