Slimy $cumb bag builder question

Ok well our builder is a complete DB. In the first month we owned the home a few

minor things went wrong. OK, this is expected. The way they dealt with things was terrible, not in a timely fashion etc.

The subdivision still has six available lots, therefor the road is not yet dedicated to the town. They are loosing money and

are trying to get out. It is their responsible (not the towns) to maintain the property, plow when there is snow etc.

So far they have been terrible, we still have a new home owners warranty of almost everything that they are still

responsible for. My question is if they do sell, where does that leave us?

I would speak with an attorney or maybe even your real eastate attorney They would know
