Pilates DVD
Can anyone recommend any good pilates DVD's. I do private and mat sessions at the gym but I absolutley love it and would love to be able to do it at home as well.

I love the Winsor Pilates DVD's. I don't know if you can get them in a store. I bought them from an informmercial.

I have Stott Pilates...got it at TJ Max. I am not impressed. It may be a beginner one and isnt that hard. I wish I got advanced so that is my only advice!

Winsor is the best. It really works.
