Please HELP-I am SO UPSET!
We just got our wedding DVD and raw footage. I was watching the raw footage---which I actually enjoy more than the edits and my DVD player is broken or something since it is now stuck inside---it either won't open or when it does open, does not have the disc. I am freaking out since I don't know if my videographer has another copy of the raw footage--it sounds silly but the raw actually means more to me than the edited copy.
DOes anyone know WHERE (or what type of place since I am not on LI) to take DVD players to get fixed and if it's possible to get the DVD out unharmed? Please HELP!!!

I don't know about you, but who cares about the damned DVD player!!!! I would have had that thing in a million pieces already! Time to break out the screwdriver.....maybe DH is better suited for that task?

I don't care about the DVD player----yeah I think I will wait for DH to get home since the TV-Cable box-DVD-VCR-Sound system are all connected and it's a mess of wires!
Just freaking out until later and can't do my workout DVD

it's be ok...you can probably just unplug it and unscrew it and take the dvd out. also, i'm sure the video guy has another copy javascript:FEmote(' ');

any repair shop for them should be able to open it and get it out for you with out a problem call like blockbuster or even radio shack they have names and number to call for things like this! good luck! and ps... i neer did my edit for my video and i do you how you feel!

Will do--the one we bought does have the right inputs that we need for our cable and sound system so it doesn't work right now We will probably go back tomorrow since DH is off to an out of town gig now.
