We're in Contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the last few weeks have been a roller coaster with deck CO issues and choosing a closing date, etc. But we are in Contract!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SO excited. We got a closing date of Sept 1, so I am hoping we can get DD into her new school before it starts.
Wish us luck that everything goes smooth and that we get all the variances and CO's before closing!!!!!!!!!!
