Usually some bank tellers are also notarys.
That's where I go when I need a notary.

dh got it done at bank thanks ladies! ur the best! he went to 2 libraries and there was no one there; they said you had to make an appt. !!!

For future reference, we've gone to the UPS store. I usually call ahead to make sure the notary is there before I go.
