Naturally Thin by Bethenny Frankel

I just finished this book and I have to say I found it to be real honest advice

she has 10 rules for you to follow about food

the main idea is to retrain your brain to think like a naturally thin person

so far I have been following the rules this week and this morning my BF told me my Butt looks smaller (he was sad....I was )

the week before I read this book I wasn't eating carbs to lose weight for our 4th of July trip- once I read the book I realized that I need to find a new way of eating so that I can enjoy food and life with out forbiding myself to have things

even if you only get 1 thing out of it- I think it's worth the $16

This is on my "to read" list. a friend of mine has been reading it for like 4 months.. lol slow poke.. I want her copy. When I finish the book i'm reading now I'm stealing it from her.

I was reading parts of my sister's copy, waiting for her to finish.

A lot of good points.

no sense worrying about splenda for your coffee if you are going to order the chocolate cake for dessert.

she is very blunt and honest

and honest about herself

she doesn't always eat perfect

but when she eats something like choc cake- she makes sure to eat healthy the next day


which when I think about my naturally thin friends- it's exactly what they do- it's all about balance

if you have pancakes for breakfast- enjoy!

but eat a light lunch- not a bacon cheese burger

Reading this book now. She makes a lot of great points and is very direct and honest about not telling people to eat what she eats but instead to learn to listen to what their bodies are telling them. It's basically common sense about how to eat.
