Nightclubs in Vegas - question

So I'm heading to Vegas next month - and its our first time. We're trying to figure out where to party - and unfortunately we are going Mon-Wed to the nightclubs, and not all the clubs are open on those nights.

I'm looking at admission prices for the clubs and it just seems crazy! For those of you who have gone to the following places:

XS
Prive
Moon
Ghostbar
Playboy Club
Pure
LAX
Body English

Did you pay full price admission? Get discounted passes before hand? On the strip?

I've been to Ghost Bar and Pure. I don't remember exactly what we paid to get in, but I do remember there were always people outside the clubs offering discounted passes/tickets.

I remember that the admission to get into Tryst (at the Wynn) was ridiculous, but again there were people outside with guest lists and we ended up paying close to nothing.

By the way, this was a while back ('06).

I went to ghostbar pure, playboy and tryst. My sister hooked us up wi6th some guy there who gets you in. Ill ask her for the info and forward it to youuuuuu

Ghostbar was awesome!
we paid full price , but at least we can get into the place.. i heard on weekends, forget it!

also Studio 54 was awesome!
