anybody use Dr. Kligman
at Cornell University? If so I was wondering how soon they call you back. Yesterday was CD 1 and I called early in the morning, then I called this morning at around 9 and noone has called back. Has anyone had that experience before with them? This isnt the first time. The past couple of times I have just gone in for CD3 bloodwork without anyone telling me what to do... is that the norm?

Re: anybody use Dr. Kligman
OK, you should have already gone over your protocol with a nurse. So you know if you are a CD2 or CD3 start. You should call in advance on CD1, but its not really necessary. Once you go in, you sign yourself in and they have all your files on the PC (so not like they have to fish it out). Have you done that yet?????
I always got calls back but I had Dr. Davis as my RE and they all have their own staff.
I have seen Kligman a few times, he was always very positive with me during morning monitoring. So, I like him for that. He may have done my last ER, can't remember (or keep it straight anymore).
I usually wont get a call back until after the morning monitoring is completed. Usually get the call after 2pm. They are crazy busy in the morning.
What protocol are you on this cycle?

Re: anybody use Dr. Kligman
that is the problem I dont know my protocol either does the nurse. I had 3 iui clomid cycles and he told me when he did the iui to call him if they cycle failed and we will go over what we need to do next. I spoke to the nurse today and I already missed my chance for this cycle. I called CD 1 and twice on CD2.. I called this morning and finally got through to his assistant... so I have to wait another cycle. Hopefully he will call me today to tell me what to do...it is just frustrating...

That's not right! You should have had a consult with him, either in person or over the phone. I'm surprised, but again I don't know how his staff is (or if he shares with another RE). Whenever a nurse doesn't call back, I would call the main nurse line and leave a message. As well as a message with his assistant. Does he respond to e:mail? I have never had this problem and I've been going to Cornell for a year this month (gosh I hope I never had to say 2 years... )

Re: anybody use Dr. Kligman
I would say the best is to leave a message directly for him to call you back. Seems like you did that so hopefully you will hear from him soon.
